Heather Clark

Heather Clark joined Huntzinger in 2008 tasked with building its infrastructure and processes for growth. As one of its first employees, she takes enormous pride in the company and its long-term success. She currently serves as the Chief Administrative / Human Resource Officer spearheading multiple critical functions including Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and day-to-day business operations and infrastructure. Her leadership includes risk management, employee relations, policy and process, benefits and compensation, legal and contractual compliance and performance management.

Heather holds several board and leadership positions. She serves as the President and Board of Director of the NEPA Society of HR Management and as a member of the PA SHRM State Council. In her roles with SHRM, she has led various committees including DE&I and Workforce Development amongst others. She serves as a Board of Director for Skills in Scranton, a workforce development affiliate of the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce. She is a graduate of Leadership Wyoming and an advocate in her community supporting programs such as the Food Emergency Distribution Program (FED) and serving on the Board of Education for her local school district. She has served as an SME and adjunct professor for the development and teaching of courses at the university level. Heather has a passion for leadership development, communication, mentorship, and long-term talent engagement and success.

Heather earned a Master’s of Science in Organizational Management and Human Resources from Misericordia University in Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Marywood University in Pennsylvania. She is a Senior Certified Human Resource Professional (SHRM-SCP), a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and a member of the National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She holds several other certifications including Business Communications, Veterans at Work, Inclusive Workplace Culture, and Workplace Mental Health.
