Benefits Overview

The Huntzinger Management Group contributes to the premium of our medical, dental, and vision plans for our employees and their dependents.  Full-time employees become eligible for medical benefits the first of the month following date of hire.

Medical Insurance

Our medical insurance provides national coverage through a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO).

  • Low in-network deductible
  • Tiered prescription drug benefit with a $0 tier for common generics.

Dental Insurance

The dental plan covers a wide range of services, including a portion of orthodontics for those eligible.

Vision Insurance

Our vision plan offers high-quality eye care with low co-payments and comprehensive eyewear options.

Short and Long Term Disability

Short-term (STD) and long-term (LTD) disability insurance plans are company-paid benefits.  Full-time employees become eligible for STD and LTD the first of the month following date of hire.

Life and AD&D Insurance

HMG provides company-paid term life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) coverage to all full-time employees equal to one times their base salary, plus incentives, the first of the month following date of hire.

401(K)

HMG’s 401(K) savings program is a voluntary program funded by bi-weekly payroll deductions from the employee’s paycheck, along with a generous employer match.  Full-time employees become eligible to contribute to the 401(K) after 90 days of continuous employment.

Paid Time Off

Vacation
Eligible HMG employees receive a generous amount of paid vacation time with an increase after five years of continuous employment.

Personal
Eligible HMG employees receive personal days each calendar year (prorated the first year of employment).

Holidays
Eligible HMG employees receive the following holidays: New Year’s Day

  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Sick
Eligible HMG employees earn a portion of sick time for each month during the year which can be carried over from year to year up to a maximum per HMG policy.

Expense Reimbursement

HMG reimburses consultants for all reasonable travel expenses including airfare, car rental, lodging expense, and meals.  HMG also reimburses traveling consultants and those individuals working out of their home office for expenses such as internet and phone.
